Hi there,

My name is Josh — and for a long time, I figured this all out alone.  No mentor. No network. Just me, doing the research, making the mistakes, and wishing I had someone in my corner who actually understood what I was building. I taught myself the game, but I always knew I was missing something — and that something was community. 

The more I grew as an investor, the more I understood that the biggest breakthroughs don't come from another YouTube video or podcast. They come from a real conversation with someone who's in the trenches with you. Someone doing the thing. And I made it my mission to get into those rooms — and eventually, to start building them myself.  That's why Investor Social exists.

This is the community I wish I had when I was starting out. A place where real estate investors can learn, share, and connect — through the blog, the newsletter, the community, and live events designed to spark the kind of conversations that actually change your trajectory. No fluff. No gatekeeping. Just real people, doing real deals, growing together.
